There are many ways that you can help, such as helping the homeless. There are organizations such as Los Angeles Rescue Mission, where young children, women, and men are helped. This organization helps them,, because they always hold an annual Thanksgiving Feast. There are ways that you can volunteer, such as with decorations, setting up the place, cooking, and graphic design. This is located in Los Angeles.
