Duties and responsibilities: 

They are a specialized area in medical and health service management. They work in places such as clinics, nursing homes, and related facilities. It is their responsibility to help for medical supplies, medical care, and financial matters. Having good communication skills can help you be a good nursing home administrator. The reason why you must have good communication skills Is because you need to be able to talk to the public and help and inform them. You must be able to take their medical history, so that you can know where to help them in. Another one of their responsibility is to include overseeing staff and personal, and other duties that as the position demands. They work in the section of health care and business field. To add on, one of the reasons why a Nursing home administrator is so important is because they help you improve your standard of living. They help you have a better lifestyle. This is why they are very important.  

Salary: $94,500. (annually).  

Education: You must have a Four-year bachelor's degree and a graduate degree in health services administration. It is also required to have a master's degree. Some of the courses may include Health behavior and gerontology. You must also complete a state approved program. To add on, you need a license.  

Demand or need for this profession: Growing 17% from 2014-2024.
