What this quote means to me is never do what is the wrong thing, even if everyone is doing it. For example, if everyone is doing drugs, or something that you know is not correct, and they tell you to do it, you should not do it because it is obviously not the correct things to do, and you can harm yourself. You should never let anyone pressure you to do something that you do not want to do. The reason why this quote is important is because you should never let anyone tell you what to do. If they are your so called "friends", then they are not real friends, because they can be encouraging you to do something that you do not want to do. This is why you should never follow the footsteps of someone who is choosing the wrong. You can just get harmed at the end. Even if you think it is not wrong, you should not do it, because wrong is wrong, and it is never right. Just because you think it is not harming you, you are incorrect, doing the wrong thing can harm you in many ways. To add on, there will be consequences to doing something that is wrong. Do not think that just because no one has found out, that you will not get in trouble. This is why this quote is very important, because it has a lot of meaning, and it shows you that if you choose the right, then you will not suffer from the consequences, but on the other hand, if you decide to choose the wrong, then there will be many consequences.
