What this quote means to me is to always do what is good, that is the best type of recreation. This shows me to always do the right thing, and not the bad thing. If you decide to do the wrong thing, then you won’t recreate, which means you won’t be refreshing yourself and be a new person. You will always be that person that is doing the wrong thing. On the other hand, if you do good, that is the best because that means that you are a person that does the right thing all the time. You have a new start, and you can become someone better. That is a good reward that you can get if you are good. You will be a good person that likes trying new things. An example is when you start choosing the right, you will see that you are changing into a better person. You are becoming better at everything.
