I agree with this quote because it is true that you should always do the right thing at the right time, because that is just the correct thing to do. To add on, it will make you a ctr person if you always do right. On the other hand, if you never do what is right, then that will make you a ctw person. That is not correct because it will make you a person that is disrespectful. For example, if you see that someone cheated in a game, then you should say so. The reason why is because it will not be correct to stay quiet. You should say what happened, because that is what correct. One the other hand, if you do not say what happened, then that means that you will also be cheating, because you saw what happened, but did not say anything. This is why it is very important to always do and say what is right at the right time, instead of staying quite.
