Duties and responsibilities:
Chiropractic is a professional who focuses on the diagnoses and treatment of disorders. They focus on the relationship between the nervous system and spine. Chiropractic is used as a pain reliever for muscles, bones, joints, and connective tissue. What a chiropractor has to do is take your medical history, and they have to do a physical examination in order to use lab test and diagnosis for you back pain. There is research that says that it is even good for headaches and neck pain. What chiropractors mostly use are their hands for spinal manipulation and other treatments. They use force to direct at a specific joint.


  • Make sure they know your medical history.
  • You need to take a physical exam.
  • They are responsible for helping with any bone, muscle, or joint pain.
  • Know that while the process, you may seek discomfort, or pain.


Salary: $66,160 (annually)


Education: 4 year degree program. (doctoral or professional degree).


Demand for this profession: Growing 17% from 2014-24.  


Reflection: Do you think you would like to be one? Why? Why not?

I would like to be one because i would like to help people with their pain from a bone, muscle, or any joint. I think it would be something that i would enjoy doing. I will also be able to help people. This is also a very good career to do.
